Upon receiving the product, you must inspect Semi for any missing parts, accessories, faults, or major defects. Any issues should be reported within seven (7) days of delivery to qualify for immediate service or potential refunds. Any operational defects or issues must be reported within seven (7) days of delivery to qualify for "Dead on Arrival" refunds or immediate service.

- The product must be in its original condition and unused.
- All original packaging must be intact and included with the return.
