Semi's temperature probe is a valuable tool for precise cooking. Here's a general guide on how to use it:
1. Select the appropriate cooking mode: Choose either the "Preset" menu or the "Auto Guided Cooking" recipe that supports temperature probe usage.
2. Attach to Semi: The Temperature Probe connects to the attachment point on the right side of Semi. Make sure to fully push till the pin is fully in the jack.
3. Insert the probe: Carefully place the probe into the thickest part of the food, ensuring it doesn't touch any bones. If using for sous vide or deep frying, insert the probe in the water/oil.
4. Start cooking: Semi will automatically adjust the heat to maintain the set temperature based on the probe's readings.
