Riku does not require constant internet access for daily use, but it does need to be connected to Wi-Fi periodically to take full advantage of its smart features. Internet connectivity is necessary to receive the latest recipes, firmware updates, and security patches. Additionally, features like remote monitoring and control through the Klynk app are only accessible when Riku is online.
