Start Your Claim: To start a warranty claim, contact Futuristic Labs Customer Support from the phone number or email address you registered with. This would be the email address or phone number of the Klynk account used to set up Semi for the first time.
Provide Documentation: Have your original sales receipt or order confirmation ready. Futuristic Labs might ask for more documents to verify your claim.
Service Options: Depending on the problem and what’s available, Futuristic Labs may choose to repair your product, replace it with a new or refurbished one, or provide the necessary parts.
Costs: If your product is not covered by the warranty or your claim is invalid, you will need to pay for parts, labor, and shipping.
